Buyers and suppliers must comply with international trade regulations, sanctions, and export/import laws.
We may request certifications such as SGS, HACCP, ISO, FSC, or equivalent depending on the product.
Restricted goods (e.g., controlled minerals, aerospace parts) are subject to additional licensing.
We act as a sourcing and brokerage facilitator and do not manufacture the products.
Product quality, conformity, and warranties are the responsibility of the supplier.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All business information, RFQs, drawings, and contracts shared with us are treated confidentially.
We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or compliance checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in case of misuse, non-compliance, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
